1. Eligibility

The Online Loan Request facility is available only for registered members of Jana Kalyan TCCS Ltd.

The member must have a valid Member ID and complete KYC compliance.



2. Accuracy of Information

All details provided in the online form, including PAN, Aadhaar, Voter ID, Address Proof, Income Proof, etc., must be true, correct, and accurate.

The information must be filled and submitted personally by the member.

Submission of false, incorrect, or misleading information will lead to immediate rejection of the application and may invite legal action.



3. Document Submission

After submitting the online form, members must present original documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank Statement, Income Proof, etc.) for verification when required.

Jana Kalyan TCCS Ltd reserves the right to request additional documents for loan processing.



4. Data Privacy & Security

All personal information shared by the member will be stored securely as per the Society’s data privacy policy.

No information will be shared with any third party without the member’s consent, except as required by law.



5. Loan Sanction & Rejection

Submitting the online request does not guarantee loan approval.

Loan approval depends on verification of documents, credit assessment, and internal lending policies of Jana Kalyan TCCS Ltd.

The decision of the Society will be final and binding.



6. Member’s Responsibility

The accuracy of the mobile number, email ID, and residential address provided is the sole responsibility of the member.

Once the loan is sanctioned, the member must follow the repayment schedule (EMI or otherwise) without default.



7. Default or Fraud

Any act of fraud, forgery, submission of fake documents, or willful default in repayment will lead to strict recovery action and legal proceedings under applicable laws.

By applying online, the member agrees to abide by such actions if default or fraud occurs.



8. Agreement

By clicking the “Submit” button, the member declares that all information provided is true, correct, and submitted personally.

The member also confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
