4. I understand that membership will be granted only after successful KYC verification and in accordance with the Rules & Bye-laws of Jana Kalyan TCCS Ltd.
5. By applying for membership, I agree to abide by all Rules, Bye-laws, and Policies of Jana Kalyan TCCS Ltd.
6. I acknowledge that the Society has the right to request additional documents/information at any time for verification purposes.
7. I agree that my information will be kept confidential as per the Privacy Policy of Jana Kalyan TCCS Ltd, but may be shared with regulatory authorities if required by law.
8. I agree that any processing fee (if applicable) is non-refundable once the application is submitted.
